COMMUNITY CHANGES: With schools closed and stay at home orders in place, our community dynamics have changed. Many of your neighbors are now working from home or home schooling their children. Please be considerate to your neighbors as we all adjust to this new normal.
PROCEDURES TO DECREASE EXPOSURE
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: Continue to send all work orders and questions to the office via email, phone or online. If you are ill, and the issue is not an emergency, we will reschedule your service for a future date. We are continuing to respond to all emergency work orders with a limited staff and also continuing to clean common areas.
TRASH CORRALS: In order to assist with the containment of the COVID-19 virus, please securely tie all of your garbage bags. Tying the bags and securing all items will help reduce the spread of germs. Please place your garbage bags inside the dumpster – do not leave in the corral area.
Please remember that recyclables are loose and need to be disposed of in the appropriate containers.
LAUNDRY ROOMS: In our communities with shared laundry facilities, we continue to clean the facility. Please do your part and wipe the machine handles and knobs before and after use. Please maintain physical distancing when in the laundry rooms and common areas.
RENT PAYMENTS
Rent is due on the first of the each month; no late fees on rent for the month of April 2020 will be accessed.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and ACH. The fees assessed from our payment processing center to the resident (for first time users of this service – Not registered for AUTOPAY) for the months of April 2020 and May 2020 will be not be charged to the resident.
Alternatively, you can mail your rent payment to Hilton Management, LLC, 902 Carnegie Center, Suite 400, Princeton NJ 08540 or drop off your rent payment at the drop box at the same location.
The US Government has signed into action a $2 Trillion dollar stimulus package. The objective of the stimulus package is to reinvigorate the economy and prevent a recession by boosting employment and spending. The stimulus package is offered to give relief to all citizens and give citizens the means to pay their basic needs such as rent, food, utilities and medical expenses.
There are also local resources available to assist in taking care of your basic needs, such as; Salvation Army, United Way, local social services and religious organizations. Please utilize these resources if you need assistance.
